RESILIENCE

With the pandemic, we are faced daily with the stress of an invisible danger. Despite this, brave acts of kindness have sprung forth in response, much like snowdrops piercing the snow. In this piece, said flowers sprout from lungs and ventilator tubes, a reminder of the kindness and resilience found despite these uncertain times.

Kym Wu

Kym Wu is an undergraduate student in Fine Arts with a current focus on painting at the University of Alberta. Working primarily with watercolour and ink, she also incorporates photography, intermedia, and digital illustration into her practice.
